Before submitting an offer, Our Sales Partners will research the complete history of the home including: How long it has been on the market, the seller’s purchase price, Neighbourhood sales, how many home owners there were, and any other issues that may be of concern to you. This research will ensure that you are fully informed, don’t overpay and are fully protected.

The showing feedback is communicated to you as soon as it becomes available to us, so both you and your Sales Partner are kept up to date with thoughts and impressions of your home.
