As co-founder and CEO of two successful tech start-ups focused on servicing the real estate industry, Justin knows a thing or two about both real estate and marketing. At AskAvenue, he led the implementation of sales and marketing plans for an award-winning lead generation solution which served RE/MAX Canada, Realtor.ca and the Miami Association of REALTORS. The result was a 50% increase in online leads for Remax.ca within 60 days of deployment and a 30% growth in organic customer acquisition for Realtor.ca. Under Justin’s leadership, the bootstrapped ReadyChat grew from three to 26 employees, was profitable and providing lead generation services for 20% of the top 100 independent real estate firms in the U.S.
An accomplishment Justin is most proud of is winning first place at the Realogy FWD pitch competition in front of a crowd of over 200 real estate leaders and executives from top brands from around the world. When he’s not in the office going full out® to provide the best real estate experience in the world, he’s working out. When he’s not doing that, he’s reading about entrepreneurship, product management, innovation and marketing. But if you ask him about the most significant influence in his life, he will name his son who has taught Justin to appreciate every moment in life and the value of the greatest commodity there is – time.
