Part-Time Client Connection Coordinator

Faris Team is seeking strong administrators ideally with real estate experience, who can work out of our Barrie office (and others if needed). The successful candidate should be a great multitasker and quick learner and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The purpose of the Connection Coordinator is to cover front desk reception, greet clients arriving at the office, answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls, and provide administrative duties.

Note: Part-time position. 15-25 hrs per week.


  • Ensure all incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely, professional, courteous and helpful manner on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service by greeting all visitors to the Client Experience Centre in a helpful, friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls (including leads) in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Ensure all deposit cheques are received, documented and processed correctly, providing proper receipts and confirming prompt delivery.
  • Work with the Marketing and Deals departments to complete after-hours tasks as necessary.


  • Front Desk/Reception: 1 year (preferred)
  • Answering telephone inquiries 2 years (required)
  • Customer Service: 2 years (required)
  • Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools while listening, responding and inputting data.
  • Ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of Real Estate is a plus.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation required.
