Weekly Market Update July 9 – 16

Faris Team CEO and Broker, Mark Faris, says that each market is reflecting unique behaviour this past week, but one common trend he sees is that homes are still selling over asking price.

Most homes on the market are still selling in under three weeks (4 weeks in Orillia). However, while we are all currently enjoying the summer heat, there are many new listings hitting every market and this may be the window buyers have been waiting for!
