Couchiching Point 

An established, sought-after area, Couchiching Point provides an excellent opportunity to own waterfront property on Lake Couchiching and canals. Sophie’s Landing

Orchard Point

Victoria Point

About 75% of the prestigious homes in this respected neighbourhood are located on the waterfront of Lake Simcoe. Naturally, the distinction of owning a high-end waterfront home comes with a larger price tag, but buyers coming from cities located further south won’t fail to notice how much more you’re getting in Orillia than you would in the GTA or elsewhere.

South Ward
