Faris Team is seeking a strong manager who has a love for people and has the organizational skills to manage the day-to-day operations of our in-house photography/videography team. This is an incredible opportunity to lead a team of professional and skilled real estate photographers and videographers. The Visual Team Manager will ensure success by providing top-notch photography and videography materials while innovating within the department.

This is a full-time opportunity with 40 - 44 hours and will require Mon-Sat availability.

**When the Manager is in-field training or providing photography services the location may vary between Barrie and the Faris Team serving markets, which include Alliston, Barrie, Collingwood, Innisfil, Midland, Newmarket, Orillia, Vaughan, Toronto. 

Here’s What A Day In The Life of A Faris Team Visual Team Manager Looks Like:

• Lead the Daily Team Huddles and weekly Same Page meetings with Team members with a focus on growing the skillset of each photographer

• Manage the team schedules to ensure travel time efficiency

• Monitor and report on team metrics, survey results and feedback

• Develop systems and processes related to photo and video to improve productivity, quality, brand and the client experience

• Available to take on appointments as needed

• Maintain the Visual Team playbook and operating manual

• Ensure that all photos, videos and iGuides are delivered with high quality, on-time to the editors and listings teams

• Ensure exterior images are captured within 24 hours of request

• Accountable for all Visual Team processes, ensure that each team member is following process and continuous training and quality assurance

• Ensure that team member's work calendars are kept up to date to allow for bookings

• Represent the Faris Team brand through professionalism and while interacting with clients and team members creating an exceptional experience

• Represent that Visual Team at the managers meetings, bringing forward any challenges, opportunities and ideas

• Weekly client call to gather feedback on the client experience

Qualifications and Licensing Requirements

• Real Estate Photography & Videography: 2-3 years

• Drone License (considered a strong asset)

• Driver's license and ability to travel

• Aerial/Drone experience is preferred
