Faris Team recently launched our Faris Team Mortgage Brokerage as part of our end-to-end Stress-Free Real Estate Experience to serve our clients better and provide them with the Best Real Estate Experience. Faris Team Real Estate Brokerage has established a strong presence and unbeatable reputation in the Real Estate industry in Southern Ontario, and Faris Team Mortgage is on the path to replicate that same model of proven success! We have a proven system that will allow you to succeed in your role, giving you the ability to make more income and help more people. The role of our Mortgage Agent is commission-based with the potential to make between $45,000 and $100,000 annually.

Here’s What A Day In The Life of A Faris Team Mortgage Agent Looks Like:

  • Oversee the entire mortgage process for each client, from initial contact to completion including application, document collection, lender submission, condition fulfilment, and closing activities.

  • Maintain the highest level of customer service with both clients and referral partners.

  • Ensure proper follow-up is given to each client throughout the mortgage funnel.

  • Handle communications with clients via email, phone, text, and in person with the highest degree of professionalism.

  • Provide support to sales partners through offering advice and answering mortgage questions; keep sales partners informed of updates through the financing process.

  • Understand the evolving mortgage environment by keeping on top of lender offerings, specials, and restrictions.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as a Mortgage Agent with an active Mortgage Agent license

  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours as required
