Faris Team is seeking a strong team player with Real Estate experience who will ensure that our listings go live on all marketing channels with attention to detail and excellence. The successful candidate will manage a high volume of tasks while remaining organized in a fast-paced environment.

We have two positions available for this full-time opportunity with hours Tuesday through Saturday. Your starting salary will be $37,500 and will be based out of our Churchill Office, with potential for remote work for the right candidate.
Ensure all relevant property listing information is accurately input into MLS®
Prepare marketing listing books for print
Upload listings to various social media platforms and FarisTeam.ca
Communicate and respond to inquiries from Faris Team Sales Partners and clients
Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
Administrative duties as needed
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Real Estate brokerage
Must be proficient in Matrix X and TREB systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools and inputting data
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Have the ability to adapt and learn quickly
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to perform well under pressure
Are highly motivated and a self-starter
Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Have excellent organizational and time management skills
Have high attention to detail
Are passionate about Real Estate and helping others
Are committed to personal and professional excellence
