Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Drive the creation and execution of a holistic organic social media strategy, ensuring alignment with core business objectives.

  • Oversee content management across multiple accounts such as Faris Team, Faris Team Florida, and others on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.

  • Recognize and capitalize on opportunities for lead generation and heightened engagement.

  • Spearhead engaging initiatives like contests, live chats, and polls.

  • Analyze, report, and leverage data for social media strategy refinement.

2. Content Creation & Management:

  • Design and manage a comprehensive social media & blog content calendar ensuring a unified brand voice.

  • Craft captivating content that showcases our offerings, customer testimonials, community activities, and more.

  • Collaborate within marketing team to synergize content strategies across channels.

  • Guarantee the quality and consistency of content across all digital touchpoints.

  • Lead the content shoot logistics, including concept development and scripting.

  • Assess content marketing impact, presenting insights to the leadership.

3. Project Management & Governance:

  • Manage the content posting cadence using tools like and Sprout Social.

  • Establish and maintain robust social media guidelines and processes.

  • Offer strategic guidance on brand partnerships, influencers, and content collaborations.

  • Ensure brand consistency in all video/photo uploads by the Faris Team on social media.

  • Facilitate training sessions to boost the internal team’s proficiency in social media.

  • Engage actively in team huddles, meetings, and one-on-one sessions.

  • Handle communication regarding content and social media with key stakeholders, including the Faris Team leadership.


  • 5+ years of successful social media or content marketing experience.

  • An inherent passion and talent for social media, demonstrated by creativity in design and writing.

  • Outstanding writing skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

  • A self-driven mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • A strong team player, capable of seamless collaboration with peers and seniors.

  • Proven expertise in handling urgency and managing tight deadlines.

  • Flexibility Note: This role involves work during evenings & weekends as per business requirements.
