Here’s What A Day In The Life of A Faris Team Listings Manager Looks Like:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Listings Team

  • Hiring, recruiting, onboarding and coaching of Listing Coordinators

  • Monitoring department metrics, survey results, and feedback ensuring the proper training and accountability measures are in place

  • Continually developing systems and processes related to processing listings which improve the department’s performance, quality, brand and client experience.

  • Responsible for ensuring the final listing products (listing on website, feature books, overall marketing of each listing) is meeting the company brand, excellence standards and follow quality assurance processes

  • Responding to client concerns, complaints and reviews related to marketing of listings.


  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Real Estate brokerage

  • Must be proficient in Matrix X and TREB systems

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools

  • Minimum 2 years experience managing and coaching teams
