The Faris Team has once again demonstrated its commitment to making a difference—not just in real estate, but in the lives of Canadians. We are thrilled to announce that Faris Team has officially won the 2024 Real Estate Challenge for Canadian Blood Services, marking a remarkable milestone in our ongoing mission to give back to the community.
This year, our team set an ambitious goal of 40 blood donations, and we proudly reached 95% of that target—a 111% increase from 2023! These donations directly contribute to saving lives, with each unit of blood potentially helping up to three people in need. That means our efforts in 2024 have impacted more than 114 lives across Canada.
We couldn’t have achieved this incredible milestone without the dedication of our team members, partners, and supporters who rolled up their sleeves and made each donation count. Giving blood is one of the most impactful ways to support those in need, and we’re incredibly proud to be part of a community that values generosity and service.
In Canada, someone needs blood every 60 seconds. Whether it’s for cancer patients, accident victims, or those undergoing surgery, blood donations are essential for saving lives. Despite the ongoing need, only 4% of eligible Canadians donate regularly—a statistic we’re committed to changing.
